Horrendous experience:
This place is absolutely horrid. Here’s my experience on March 8, 2012. I took my Pomeranian in to have his nails cut, hair trimmed around the paws & pads, and have a sanitation cut around his rear-end. Absolutely no hair cut.
My daughter picked him up and brought him home for me. He had been completely hacked. His hair had been shaved to above the knees. His beautiful 8 inch long hair had been hacked so bad that on the top of his back he now has a 2 inch Mohawk. You could clearly see the straight lines of scissor cuts all over his hacked hair.
I called the owner. She stated that she was absolutely sure she had not cut any of his hair and I needed to bring the dog back so she could see him. I immediately got in my car and drove back. Once I got there she refused to look at the dog, again stating that she did not cut any of his hair. I put the dog on top of the counter and said, “Look at the dog!” She glanced down at the dog and said, “YOU must have cut his hair!” I was dumbfounded.
I requested a refund, she refused. I asked her for her card and she refused again. She then walked around the counter and into the waiting room and removed her “cards” from a table. She told me to get out. I told her I would get out once she gave me one of her cards. She then picked up the telephone, called the police and told them she had an irate customer that was “trashing the place”. I immediately took out my cell phone & started taking pictures of her place, as I assure all readers that I was not trashing any portion of her place. I also took a picture of the clock behind the counter, so as to make sure that when I see her in court her time clock and the time stated on my receipt will show no more than 45 minutes had passed since my daughter had picked up our beloved, butchered dog. I left.
I wish I could attach pictures of this horrendously hacked hair cut on an animal that she clearly understood was not to be cut at all.
I would never put a beloved pet in this woman’s hands. I absolutely believe the other review on this page about injuring their pet. She obviously has employees that have never been properly trained.
