Michelle Brull opened Rise & Shine Bakery on April Fool's Day 2006 without any formal training or schooling. Rise & Shine originally started out as a kolache shop and has since expanded into lunch, cakes, sweets, specialty coffee drinks, and a killer weekend breakfast!
