Ritz sucks - never go there!:
AVOID THIS DRY CLEANER!!!! They will ruin your clothing not to mention take you money (their prices are too expensive for the c@!%!y work they do).
I use to take my clothing to Ritz cleaners now I will NEVER go back. The people in alterations are horrible - it took 3 times to alter my dress and its still wrong. One seamstress in particular is also incredibly rude. When I wasn't happy with the job he had done, he looked at me and said "what now". Raj, the owner, wouldn't compensate me for my time or difficulties (not to mention that I can't wear the dress I brought to his store because of the bad alternations) and told me I was the problem.
