This office likes to financially prey on people who are emotionally in distress from the sickness of an animal. I have been taking my animals to this office for a couple of years and was shocked to see how they prey on your wallet when they get an opportunity. Was told by the Vet the bill was going to be around $150. When I applied for the care credit and was approved they tried to max out the limit by pushing surgery and then when I declined it they ended up selling me 5 times the amount of medicine the animal really needed doubling the amount to over $300. The communication between the staff and Vet seems not to exist and they are the most expensive place in town. I don t mind spending more for quality care but I don t like being taken advantage of. I will NEVER return to this office.
They also had me fill out an online application for the line of credit. When I was approved they handed me a hard copy and asked me to fill it out so they can send it to the credit company. After digging a little I found out they were going to keep it for their files and not send it in. Why would they need all my personal (social security, financial and personal info) when they are not the company extending me the credit. Please be careful
