Since 1974, Riverside Avondale Preservation has been providing Neighborhood Association from Jacksonville. Riverside Avondale Preservation is incorporated in Florida.

Riverside Avondale Preservation is a private, non-profit membership organization whose mission is to enhance and preserve the architecture, history, cultural heritage and economic viability of the historic neighborhoods of Riverside and Avondale.

Our mission is simple: Preserve this community. Not just the old homes and buildings, but also the beautiful parks and tree-...lined streets, historic commercial corridors and vibrant cultural and business institutions.
