I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars, but since I am unable to. Here we are.
Today on August 18, 2022, my mom took my dog to this place in order to be groomed. We’ve been a loyal customer of Robbie’s for as long as I’m able to remember. She’s been great, until today.
My mom went in around 5:00 to see what was taking my dog, Jasper, so long. (She dropped him off at 11.) Robbie wasn’t answering the phone, so she went up there. She said that Jasper was still on the table (from what she could see) and Robbie AND her Son were in the back. She overheard Robbie’s son verbally abusing my dog. So, when I called her, she failed to apologize. Failed to be empathetic.
I asked if this is how they treat the animals that come through and her response was; “no not usually.”
I HAVE NOW decided to take my dog somewhere else and ensuring that my animals or anyone else’s around me do not go there. I’ve had multiple people come forward with their own horror stories — PLEASE DONT GO HERE. SHE’LL BACKUP HER SON AND NOT CARE.
