Cozily tucked into the base of the Stag Leap District foothills, the Robert Sinskey winery, made of Napa stone and California redwood, turns out 25,000 cases of wine in a year. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot are only some of the varieties producedif you wish to sample them, visit the wine-bar for a tasting session on any day of the week between 10a and 4:30p.
