Avoid at all cost:
The customer service is terrible. Avoid Tech Steve to work on your TV for the simple fact he doesn't understand how to use a phone.
If you have a Warranty Contract from anyone, you rather take it ANYWHERE but at this place. I was told that Steve tried calling me twice (different days) but got no one and couldn't leave a message because it (just rang). Just to let you know that I have Verizon cell phone service and have NEVER heard anything like this so for this Steve is a blatant liar. I think if they a going to lie about making phone calls, they are going to lie about what is wrong with your TV.
Second, the "approval" for my mileage to the Warranty Company had still not been approve after 12 days when the typical turnaround is 1 day.
Third, receptionist would not let me talk to a manager because he is busy and she would relay any questions to manager then she would call me back with an answer. (What a joke)
I decided to go with another company since it took more than 12 days for approval.
