I wish I could give them zero stars. Unprofessional job, unprofessional attitude.:
If you want a professional paint job- don't use this guy. I used a Groupon special, and I wish I had just done the job myself.
On the night before the scheduled painting, the painter called me at 8pm and gave me a completely different timeframe for when he would be there. He didn't apologize for changing the time or for me having to adjust my work schedule. I also should have known that it was a red flag when he told me he could do two coats in two rooms in under three hours. I questioned him how he was going to do a good job without ruining the trim work in such a short period of time and how he was going to do two coats in two rooms at less than 45 minutes per room, and he treated me like an idiot for even questioning him. I should have cancelled and asked for a refund at that point, but I was worried groupon wouldn't refund my money. At one point, I asked the guy if he was just a painter or if he was the owner, and he claimed that he was the owner of the company.
The day came, and as expected from my conversation with the "owner" from the night before, they did a very unprofessional, messy job. There were brush streaks from not allowing the paint enough time to dry in between the coats, drips in every corner and the trim work all had paint slopped all over it. I was disgusted that this was supposed to be a "professional" paint job.
I would recommend going anywhere but with these guys. Don't let these unprofessional painters near your home or your woodwork. Not only are they bad painters but the guy that did my property had absolutely no customer service skills.
