Do not use! A total disaster!:
The shop currently owes me a refund of over $4,200 for work they promised completion of by December of 2013. After 6 months of lies I found, in April of 2014, the bike had not been touched and all the "progress" he had been promising me was a lie and they cannot provide a single receipt for the $2,000 worth of parts they supposedly ordered for my project. I removed my bike and was promised a refund by April 5th. Despite countless attempts to collect my refund, a small claims court case (which the owner did not appear to), and hundreds of dollars tied up in city, court and county fees I still have not seen a dime. The owner today told me I need to "act like a human being" because apparently two months+ is an unreasonable expectation for a refund for work that should have been completed in December (7 months ago). He just lost his BBB accreditation and has over $200,000 in tax warrants according to the Onondaga county tax warrants website. Do NOT become part of this business's downward spiral!
