Never again:
I will never use them again. Not only did they knowingly send a sick man to my house (he vomited RIGHT IN MY FRONT FLOWER BED!) My husband had to help move the carpet in and out of the house and move the furniture, which I was told moving furniture was only a courtesy and that was after the fact fyi and they left a mess of left over carpet in my bathroom and the tub?!?!. The manager told us, "well the job he did was good,right?" BUT YOU SENT A SICK MAN TO MY HOUSE,ALONE. We got nothing,a run around apology was pretty much it and an offer for a discount on future need, UMMMMM,NO. I will never use them again,my husband did half the work and,the installer(sub contractor) was very nice,yet he was sent to do a job even though he was sick and the manager was rude. So,next time,I will go with a company that has empathy for the people they work with and for.

Beware No Credit Card Accepted and Refund Policy:
When you place an order with Rock Bottom Carpets, they only take cash, check, or debit card. They do NOT take credit cards. I placed an order and was required to provide a 50% deposit on the estimated total cost. Their policy is no refund if the order is accepted after measurements are taken. I decided to not accept and cancelled the order. They are refusing to refund my deposit until after 10 business days. This would be understandable if they used the normal route of depositing the check in their bank account and waited on the clearance process but in my case they personally went to my bank and cashed the check I gave them. They have the funds but are still insisting on waiting the 10 business days to refund my deposit. This is bad business practice and poor customer support. I will never do business with them again and advise anyone else to beware when doing business with them.
Follow up: I found out the business uses the same credit union as I do. So when they deposited my check into their account it was immediately withdrawn from my account. I stand by my claim they had obtained the funds. Well 3 days after writing the review I received a call from someone claiming to be the CEO of the company. The person was very agitated and displeased that I had filed a complaint on them. The call to me was not to discuss the matter because he wouldn't let me get a word in during the conversation. He continually chided me going so far as to call me a liar for saying he cashed my check. This further proves this business to be one that takes as much advantage as they can of their customers. Good luck to all who decide to do business with them.
