I am writing this review in response to the one written by -leslie-. I believe I was there when this incident happened. I was at rocker world on 10/15 & remember a customer that was very unfriendly. In my opinion, the customer had an axe to grind and was simply trying to take it out on the salesperson. The saleslady was extremely patient and doing her best to deal with this customer who was obviously looking to start an argument. The customer was very rude and very upset about something, but it definitely was not from the saleslady. I was there when it happened and her review is not true. I bought my glider from rocker world, I was quoted 6-8 weeks for delivery & it came in right on time. I am very happy with their customer service/products & would definitely recommend them for a glider rocker.

Extremely Rude Salesperson:
My Daughter and I went to many places and did our research when choosing a glider for when the baby comes. We chose the one on sale here. However when my daughter when to pick it up the Saleslady stated that they did not have it in stock and it would take more than 7 weeks to order it. She also stated she should have planned better and the one she wanted was cheap and she should upgrade to a better model. She was very rude and my daughter went from extremely happy to pick it up to being in tears for what the sales lady said to her. I would recommend to go somewhere else.
