Don't waste your time here. They don't need your business.:
I went in to have two rifles repaired and see if they had a S&W .45. Perhaps because there are only two gun shops in town that I know of, they can get away with this: The store has at least 3 customers at the case waiting for service plus others milling about. 3 employees are ignoring the customers discussing amongst themselves lethal pinky strikes to crush the trachea + other Hollywood nonsense. After 10 minutes of standing there, I said to the other people (whom I don't know), let's go. Please, never give this store your business. It's the only way arrogant people might learn. - Although, they'll probably blame a tsunami when their business declines.
Others have the same experience - see below.

Would not buy from anyone else!:
I am in sales and appreciate the meaning of a good buying experience. My wife and I purchesed a Springfield XD and it felt like we were all friends. They all made us feel comfortable and came down to our level when answering questions. This was buy far one of the best buying experiences for both of us.

I agree with Larry...:
I came in and stood at the counter for 14 minutes without so much as a "We'll be right with you." There were what appeared to be 3 staff socializing with a police officer. Your staff completely blew me off. I wanted you to know the next day I went to Sportsman's Warehouse and dropped $1,900 on a Springfield Scout Squad that I intended to buy from RMG&A. Bill sure ran a better store. I won't be back.

Worth the drive:
Been going to this store for over four years. Brandon and family have continued the tradition and actually made RMGA even better. Prices are competitive even with some of the online Gun Retailers.
