Customer service is awful:
On Friday, I went to Rocky's in E. Longmeadow. There were no 9v batteries on the rack in front of the store, and I wanted to ask the cashier if there were batteries anywhere else in the store. I could not get her attention because she was visiting with customers. She continued her chat while I stood there waiting for service. I then tried to find someone else to help me, but I couldn't find anyone, so I left. Saturday I went to Rocky's on Island Pond Rd. and the cashier was reading her text messages on her phone while ringing up my purchases. Did she really think I didn't know she was trying to hide her phone on the side of the cash register? I like to support small businesses, but two days in a row I got terrible service from 2 separate Rocky's.
