Do not use this cleaning company! Although they do a good job cleaning, if you have any problems you will have a hard time dealing with the owner. She is really shady. The cleaning lady dropped a large mirror and ruined the baseboard in my house. When I called the owner to tell her she said she would fix it and her husband would come over to look at it. Later her husband who she claimed she had to pay since he was a handyman came over and put caulk on it, ruining it more. Then she asked me to pay even though the ladies did not finish the job. They did not finish about half of the living room. The time they were at my house we spent over 45 minutes dealing with their damage they did on my baseboard and calling the owner, talking about it, etc. The cleaning ladies assured me she would take care of it. At least she did try to fix the problem however it was a bad job and I can't say the problem is fixed! It still looks bad and looks unprofessional. What was unprofessional to me is her asking me for payment for the cleaning service right after her "husband" /"handyman" who she had to "pay" did the job. I mean, I did not get ONE apology for what the cleaning ladies did. Then she asked me to write the check to "cash" and actually asked me for cash. Don't most major companies take credit cards? All I am saying is, if you have an issue with damage you will regret going with this company. The customer service sucks and the way a customer is treated is not right.
