i've had really good luck with their pork sirloin, but I recently purchased the ground sirloin hamburger and it was terrible! I made two burgers from one pound... ate one and put the other in the fridge. One I ate was terrible and I seasoned the hell out of it... so I fed the other to the dog. Upon cutting it up for the canine straight from the fridge it had a weird cross section.... a lot of fat which shouldn't be present for sirloin. In the past I have been really happy with their meat, but this last experience has left a bad taste in my mouth so to speak.

They stock shelves during the day which aggravates me.

Cautiously buy your meat here... really good deals ..... buy everything else you need from wallmart or mejers
