I ordered 4 barstools on February 9th 2009, they gave me an estimate of 7 to 8 weeks, when I called 9 weeks later to inquire about them, I was told that it would be another 4 weeks, when I asked why they said they only thought it was because of the economy. Never once did they call me to let me know how my order was going, I continually had to call them and find out what the status was on the stools. They offered to give the money back that I had put down on the stools, but then I would have had to start all over again. When the stools did arrive, they were great, but low and behold Mr. Kale was on the phone shortly there after telling me that he was charging my account. I felt like telling him, another 4 or 5 weeks. He never once offered to pay for the shipping or knocking anything off of the order. I really feel he forgot to place the order in the beginning and didn't want to tell me. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never shop there again.
He also never apoligized for the length of time it took. After almost 4 months I received the stools.
