I called and told the company that I needed my sump pump replace. I waited a day with water standing in my basement. the tech came told me I indeed needed a replacement and the lines were clear; however, it would be cheaper if I called someone else and that he really didn't have the time to do it. He then asked for $35. I called and spoke to someone in the office and reminded her of her detailed conversation about being able to put the pump in. she said yeah we are just too busy. I refused to pay because she was in breach of our verbal contract. She said well he diagnosed the problem pay him. I said no and told her goodbye. The tech came no mask on. I called back and I told her to please stop calling me. She told me "pay your f@!%!*g bill b@!%h and I will stop calling you". These people are running scams
