No problems with hair being multiple shades of blonde for wedding.:
I got my hair colored 6 days before my wedding. I normally do it myself but I wanted it to look perfect so why not get it professionally done? When I looked at the results which the girl told me would all blend in and match my hair was three different shades of blonde.
I went to the owner about getting a refund on their next open day just 3 days before my wedding. I was told there was no issue with my hair and the girl who did it lied and told the owner I wanted my hair like that. They said they could only fix it tomorrow and have the girl come down later today to talk to me about it. I told them I couldn't come down later and I was too busy tomorrow and I was having someone else do it and the owner said "must not be that important then."
I was getting married in 2 1/2 days. I had a small block of time that day to get it done. It is important. So important I am out $40 for her screw up. I am done with Roots. Don't go there. If they mess it up they treat you like complete garbage because you're upset.
