Does it get any better than building your own salad and pizza? The options are endless at Roots, where the street-side walls are garage doors, the beer selections are impressive and desserts come from a neighboring bakery.
Roots has a secret ingredient in their crust; malt. It gives the pizza crust some added magic, making it chewy and flavorful. I love the tagline for the restaurant, "Nothing fancy. Just some damn good pizza." Indeed. Sexy is as sexy does and this pizza is delicious and wonderful. Well played, Roots. Well played.
