Since 2006 the company has been providing Retail - Cheese.

We have milked purebred Jersey cows for 6 generations and have been making cheese for almost 5 years. We make all natural cheeses without any preservatives and use a vegetarian rennet. Numerous flavors of our artisan flavored cheddars have won 1st place at the Illinois State Fair.
