Stay Away!!!!:
I moved to the US from Ukraine in 1992. My family was treated like s@!t by everyone we rented from. They took advantage of our lack of English skills, and they took the cheap way out of everything.

Moving to RosePoint Bellevue reminded me of those horrendous times. Not only does JK Residential not make any required repairs, and is cited monthly by the city, but they deny all wrongdoing. JK Residential continues to go through manager after manager at these apartments, because some of them quit out of frustration. They cannot get anything done because there are 54 units with constant maintenance problems, and JK Residential refuses to send workers, or even funds, to help make permanent fixes.

The owners, or "investors," of the property are not able to be contacted directly. You have to call the JK Residential main office, and leave a "message" with one of the girls who works at the desk. You will never be called back. I doubt anyone even reads these notes.

As I am writing this, the pool color is green, and the water is half-way filled. There are empty beer cans and cat feces floating in the water. A few pigeons are having a drink. The smell can reach the third floor.
The Department of Housing and Health Department of Los Angeles City visit this complex on a regular basis.
Make sure you look at the record of complaints made over the years. It is public record, and there have been over 120 complaints to date.

It really baffles me how the City of Los Angeles can continue to allow JK Residential to operate this apartment complex. I feel a tremendous amount of sympathy for the tenants unable to, or afraid of, making complaints. It is a sad world we live in today when we have a management company such as JK Residential who cares so little about tenants that they warmly took in and invited to live in their buildings....

I am currently a resident of Apartment 313. I am attempting to break my lease, as I wish to move out as soon as possible. I have lived here only 8 months... but I heed you, do not make the same mistake as I did.
Do some thorough research on this apartment complex, and especially JK Residential. They've had a ton of lawsuits, and a stupendously high amount of citations from the City.

Ask yourself------ WHY is the rent so low????

P.S.- I just got my required carbon monoxide alarm installed, after not having it for 8 months.

P.P.S.- They installed it on the ceiling, even though carbon monoxide sinks to the ground, and by the time the alarm on a ceiling goes off, you'll be dead.
