I am a software developer; I sit for hours and hours working. When I was in my 20’s I could sit for hours and get away with it, but since I hit my 30s I have noticed that my back and neck were completely out of whack. I hate going to the hospital, so my sister referred me to this office, she told me that this chiropractor is a miracle worker…now, I totally agree with her.After talking with the doctor, he told me to sit less and walk more. The doctor was really respectful of my personal space and kept me well informed as to how the treatment plan was going to work. I have never in my life heard my bones make such a loud cracking noises before! The adjustments I received was truly refreshing! I am pleased with the chiropractic care I got here.

Yes, the body has the power to heal itself, but sometimes it needs a little help from a friend. For me, that friend is Dr. Clayman and the help is chiropractics. In the midst of packing to move, I was struck by a burning pain between my shoulder blades and an intense tingling down my left arm. I found my way to Dr. Clayman through a mutual friend. Having never been to a chiropractor, I was a little apprehensive, but was quickly put to ease by Dr. Clayman’s reassurance. I appreciated his understanding of my fears and his giving me an education about my problem. Our minds and bodies work together, so knowing that I was in good hands was a big part of my healing process. I trust Dr. Clayman completely. After a week of daily adjustments and exercises at home, the pain was gone and the tingling was very slight. I was able to complete my move and go on a 3 week vacation to Colorado to enjoy hiking, biking, camping, rafting, and yoga. When I returned, I continued my treatments with Dr. Clayman to correct my subluxation (yes, I know what that means now ). I’m a true believer in the power of chiropractics and am truly grateful to be in the care of Dr. Clayman.
