Horrible customer service:
After ordering wreaths for my family, mom, dad and brother for the past 5 years, I called this year to see why I did not get an invoice for my annual wreath order. I was told it was a computer problem and then it was my fault for not calling sooner. And the man on the phone was very rude. Not a very good legacy to leave for the original owner who I knew personally.
