Since 1990 the company has been providing Garment Pressing And Cleaners' Agents.

I took in some clothes to be cleaned and some to be dry cleaned. The owner's wife told me that it would be $48.00 when I picked it up. When I went in to pick it up, white shirts were RUINED. I am a waitress and there was some food stains. She pointed it out to me and told me that they couldn't get them stains out. I asked her why they didn't use bleach because I can always get the food stains out with bleach. She ignored me and started using her adding machine. I asked her again and she told me that they don't use bleach. I asked her why she went forward with the job because she now I will NEVER be able to get these stains out. She ignored me AGAIN and kept using her adding machine. I was furious, but I went ahead and handed the other girl my card and she charged me 55.00. I asked why there was a difference and she screamed at me that "WAS the price she gave me", but it wasn't. I asked her if she was a member of the BBB and once again, she tried to ignore me, but I asked her again and she told quit adding on her calculator just long enough to scream "YES". I told her that most owners of a business would try to resolve a problem and credit the customer when the job was not completed properly, but not them. Not only did I pay full price (which was WAY overpriced), but they also ruined my white shirts.

I strongly suggest that you do not use this horrible, horrible cleaner!!!!!
