Since 2007, Royal Limousine has been providing Limousine Rental, With Driver from North Middletown.

Trust me! Do not use this company!:
We made a reservation for a party bus to pick up 19 teenagers for my daughter's sweet 16 this past Saturday. Initially, we asked for a 4:30pm pick up and they agreed. The next day we get a call saying that they need to change the time to 4:00pm instead. We agreed to this change because we figured 30 minutes wouldn't hurt. The DAY BEFORE the Sweet 16 we get a call that they may not be able to pick the kids up because the lights in the party bus was not working. They tell us to wait until 4pm and they'll confirm whether or not they can still come. Just in case, I called around and found another company that could pick the kids up. However, I got a call from Mike (the owner of this company) that everything was fixed and that they could still come the next day so I canceled with the other company.
We were told that the driver would be at the house at 3:50. The driver did not show up until 3:57 for a 4:00pm departure with 19 kids. He gets to the house and 3 min later 16 out of the 19 are standing outside in the FREEZING cold weather to get on the bus. The driver REFUSED to let them on the bus claiming that he needs to leave because he has a wedding to pick up at 4:45pm. Keep in mind the destination that these kids were going to was 20 minutes away and in the SAME town as the wedding he said he had to pick up. He calls Mike (the owner) and claims that he was directed to leave and DRIVES OFF!
We were stuck with 19 kids that needed to get to the Sweet 16 within an hour because of this company. On top of that, they were COMPLETELY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. We changed the pick up time to accommodate them and, on top of that, stayed with them after finding another company that could've taken the kids only for them to DRIVE AWAY and leave us STRANDED.
The driver almost ran over the feet of the kids waiting outside! Didn't even want to listen as I was trying to get him to open the door and let them in.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!
DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEDGE!
There are PLENTY of other limousine companies that offer BETTER service and the same pricing. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT IT! TRUST ME!!

Royal Limousine, the same company that parks their buses outside the Holiday Inn in Hazlet and their phone #'s are 732-291-7373, 732-433-2484 or 732-433-4405 (If you get them to return your call please give them my number to call me back)
You call yourself a business and on one of the busiest nights you don't have the decency to call a customer back in regards to a problem I have news for you, you screwed my daughter, not once BUT twice, and that wont work for me, nor will it for you and your company. But trust me no matter how much you tired to ruin a ONCE IN A LIFETIME MOMENT me & MY FAMILY will cherish this day.
This is my review that will be posted in numerous places and until I get personal satisfaction, be prepared .......................................
So this local company was called LAST year for a bus to take my daughter & friends to their Jr. prom, supposedly they overbooked the buses but because we found out FIVE(5) days prior to prom I was able to reach out to a friend of a friend who came through for them - On a good note Royal issued my daughter a voucher to use THIS year for her Sr. prom
Where do we start? the day before her prom I get a call asking where the pickups were and what time they needed to be at their prom, then was told they'll will call me back, they did about 10 minutes later and all was set for a 4:15pm pickup.
At 4:45 I decided to call the company to ask where the bus was and the call went to voice mail (Oh really? so the busy prom season no one is around to answer the phone), but there wassssssssssssss someone, because I received a call from Steve who told me his dispatcher called and he would pick my daughters group up after he drops off another group down South, I asked why and he said the dispatcher told him OUR bus broke down and wouldn't be fixed until 8pm (Oh really maybe the mechanic "fixing" the bus could have placed that call to me too.
I was told he had a drop off at 6pm and wouldn't get to use till 6:30, mind you the prom starts at 7. I told Steve this was unacceptable and he needed to call his boss/dispatcher and have them call me................................it is now 1am and I'm still waiting for that phone call
Oh it gets better, Steve informed me he wasn't going to be the driver or this bus to pick up the group AFTER prom and drop them off back at home, another BUS will do that. So 11pm comes and my daughter calls me to explain through her tears that Royal LIMOUSINES sent an airport VAN to pick them up.................................
So as I'm awaiting her arrival home, as numerous calls are placed to VOICE MAIL (Did I mention this is the busiest prom night of the year but no one is around to answer a call) I decided there was one question and one comment I had for the driver of the VAN "If you broke down would you call your boss DJ?" His answer was YES, I then told him he needed to make the call right now, with that he put the van in drive and drove off..........................
I don't make threats I make promises, for a company that SUPPOSIDLY caters to ONCE IN A LIFETIME MOMENTS you blew it, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, for MY DAUGHTER, now its time for YOU to hurt
