Victorian décor with ’70s cheese atmo. The Regal Beagle to Russian Hill locals, just another Marina bar to us. Fruity Tiffany lamps, rich wood details, velvety couches, voluptuous barmaids. Sink into a stool, breathe the potted fern-enhanced oxygen and decompress after a hard day of whatever it is you do. Better yes, sit at a big table and complain to new friends about your overpriced cocktail.
