Great job::
This was my first experience with having Granite Countertops installed in my home. I found my Granite at Arizona Tile and they were great with a lot of product to choose from. My search was on for a fabricator. I interviewed 6 companies and selected Royalty Stone in Murrieta for the following reasons:
1. Close to my home and felt comfortable when I visited their store and met the owner.
2. Came out the next day, showed up on time and gave me my estimate.
3. Demo crew came a few days later and were in and out in 2 hours. Installed a wood sub counter and left my house emaculate. They laid down drop cloths, vacuumed everything up, even inside my cabinets.
4. Another employee came that afternoon, measured everything, made a template and was out in 1 hour.
5. The next day they came to the house with the granite slabs on their truck and let my wife take the granite templates and place them on the stone so she could pick out what she wanted in what areas. They made suggestions to keep the lines flowing the same way.
6. Three days later, Royalty installed my counter tops and they were PERFECT. I had a large piece where the sink and counter is and another one where they stove top is. They said they might have to have a seam on those two but were able to keep them both in one piece. Boy, does it look nice.
7. When my plumber came out after the installation to install my faucets and garbage disposal he told me what a great job the fabricators did installing the wood sub counter to hold the sink in place. He thought they were real pros also.
8. Last, but certainly not least, their price was also the lowest of all my bids. I also got a free stainless steel sink and a custom edge on the granite. I think it was called ogee flat.
