The owner is condescending and has no people skills. We have been shopping there for years and love the guys who work there. However, we will never shop there again. For a man who owns a toy store "Roy" sure has no tolerance for children playing with "hot wheel" type airplanes placed strategically at eye level to entice the children. Seeing how we have purchased nearly a dozen of the $3.00 wonders having 2 boys. I am quite frankly appalled by this man's business sense, he has never even uttered a simple "hello" after all these years. Also, the items at this store are also grossly inflated. The only reason we shopped there for so many years was to help out & stimulate our local business which has now come to a screeching halt. My husband is a pilot for American and will be telling all of of his numerous friends and acquaintances not to shop there. Try Mike's Hobby Store, Hobby Town, or on-line. Anything is better than this place. Have some respect for your loyal customers!
