This business deserves no stars but one was required to post! There are two addresses that come up in a search Sign Pine Road and Sondej Ave. I dealt with Bainbridge Blvd. all addresses have the same phone number listed.
The first call to this "business" was very un-business like. He didn't identify the business when answering, he was too busy and distracted, he had the parts I needed, but didn't have time to talk to me about cost call him back in 20 minutes.
The next phone call confirmed that he did have the parts needed, had to pay cash up front to get them. Warning lights should have gone off right then and there!
When I went in to pay the person at the desk, it was not who I had speaking with on the phone it was his son. I explained the conversation, and the agreed on price for 3 frame mounts. Gave him the cash for the parts plus tax, after he confirmed what was being sold with someone on the phone, I assume it was the person I had been speaking with.
I was supposed to have 3 frame mounts the next morning. I was called that night and told the parts were ready to be picked up at 9 in the morning. At 9:45 in the morning, the gates were locked. When I called to find out what was going on I was told they had a vehicle broken down, but he would be there shortly. A totally different person then I paid arrived at 10 am to deliver the parts, but only one mount was delivered. It has now been 19 days, 2 personal visits, and 5 phone calls since I was told that the 3 mounts were ready to be picked up. I don't think that I will get them, or that they intended to every deliver 3 mounts to me.---Oh and there is a no cash refund policy so I don't think I will see the money unless I go to court. Buyer Beware Do Not give them money until you actually see everything you are paying for.
