We rented our RV from Cruise America and picked it up at Ruff's RV. It was absolutely filthy. We spent 3 hours cleaning the RV prior to our departure. The shower was non-functioning and the door wouldn't open. Cruise America does NOT offer assistance when you have an issue; they tell you to go back to the location where you picked up the vehicle. If you picked it up from Ruff's, don't expect any assistance. The man on the phone actually said to me that I accepted the cleanliness when I picked up the vehicle and I responded that I didn't lift up the cushions and view the hair, chocolate and other debris under every mattress and seat until we drove it home. I am absolutely disappointed!
