Horrible:
I wanted to modernize my house with a new kitchen and some work on the bathrooms. I got a quote from Russ and it sounded good. Yet, the men he sent to work were incompetent and he was indifferent and unhelpful. The job is just bad and took too much time and way too much money. I regret getting involved with him.
