As a parent and former employee, I would say, Do NOT send your child here. The majority of the staff treat the children with complete disrespect such as excessive yelling over bathroom accidents and other normal behavior of children. The teachers are undertrained and overwhelmed by always having their classrooms at the maximum number of children. Turnover is very high because the director chooses to ignore issues and can not afford to fire anyone. The teachers do not even attempt to follow Kindercare Curriculum becasue they spend the entire day dealing with discipline problems due to overcrowding of classrooms.
