I have been with Rx Optical for about 6-7 years. I have never before experienced the level of unprofessional and down right arrogant behavior with them until I walked into this office. The Doctor insulted my 10 year old daughter who was there to provide a "coolness" input on my choice of glasses. I was ready to jump out of the chair but she schooled him. He further berated me and talked to me as I was a 6 year old even after I had told him I was a science teacher. The exam was wrapped up with the manager telling me that I had to go to Plainfield to get my glasses....I left and went to the Grandville location and left there happy. They about lost yet another family and I am still dealing with them to handle that Doc. I will NEVER set foot in this place again!!!
