Beware*******bridal nightmare:
Trust the bad reviews about Sadie's Bridal (I wish I did) I can't even give this shop a half star. They completely ruined my wedding gown purchase experience. Unprofessional, dishonest, deceptive and uncaring are just a few words that describe this so called "business".
To add insult to injury, the poor treatment was not just by the employee Kim, but primarily by the owner herself, Danielle Cinque.
Long story short - I was sold what turned out to be a sun-damaged gown yet this owner insisted on hiding behind her no refund policy. It was not until I exercised my chargeback rights that she miraculously came up with a replacement gown.
From deceptive price negotiations to arrogant attitudes - this transaction had it all. In addition, my mom and I were subjected to many harassing /threatening texts and voicemail messages.

Terrible. Brides should stay away.:
My biggest regret from my Wedding is going to Sadie's Bridal. I bought my dress, bridesmaid dresses, shoes that they were dying and did alterations there. The seamstress insisted on sewing cups in my dress that I did not want. They ordered the wrong belt so we had to rush order the correct belt and my shoes were not dyed. They promised the shoes would be dyed by my final fitting. My Bridesmaids dresses came in in the wrong size also. So, a couple girls needed to return their dress and rush order new ones. My major problem happened at my final fitting My shoes were not dyed and when I asked the manager Kim why they weren't she gave me an attitude and said the dye just came in even though they had my shoes for about 3 months and promised they would be done by my final fitting. The seamstress sewed my belt on completely loop-sided and caused terrible markings on the front of my dress from where she sewed in the cups- that I did not want. I was upset and while I confronted the manager I had to actually tell her not to raise her voice at me. We ended up staying there for 2 hours trying to fix what was wrong with my dress. I still felt uneasy about them having my dress, but they said they were "too busy" to let me come in a few days before the Wedding to try it and and get it steamed. When they dyed the shoes it was another disaster. The red dye streaked inside the shoe and had dark red streaks on the sole of the shoe that were noticeable when worn. the diamond gem was not covered during the process and every other gem was now a pinkish tone. They told me I was out of luck because there was not enough time to order new shoes. They tried to charge me over $400 for poorly done alterations and when I refused and walked out with my FULLY paid dress they told me I was technically stealing it. So 6 days before my Wedding I had a dress that was not steamed, poorly altered that still had markings in the fabric. Brides just stay away... they will only add stress to your day.

It's like your best friend helping you with a dress!:
Sadie's Bridal is the best place to go! I love you Danielle and reviewed many stores. I came on this site to check a photographer and saw a couple bad reviews so I thought I'd post about my experience. I love how you knew your customers and developed a relationship with them. While I was there a girl stopped in and asked to try her dress on for her sister. She apologized by just dropping in and without missing a beat or looking at any paperwork, you knew her name and the dress. The girl said she hadn't been in for months which amazed me because you knew every detail about her wedding dress. To other places, us brides are just customers but you really opened your heart to that girl and to me.

Thanks so much for really caring about me and helping me out.

Sadie's Bridal (Bensalem)- Had an appt with Carmella, an older but very funny woman. Told her what I was looking for and SHE pulled out all the dresses that went along with my ideas. She took us in a private room to try on the dresses. All the girls ended up loving the same dress that Carmella suggested, so there is no need to even look for various styles! Small place, looks like it has less of a selection, but their customer service makes up for it!
