I had wrote the post below on the website.... the manager called me a liar and deleted it. They delete any bad reviews they receive. Here's my story about this place. On my WEDDING DAY I went in with my bridal party - 9 people. My family and I (more recently for me) have been honest loyal customers to this shop. We had confirmed and re confirmed appointments with the salon months ahead. On the day of they insisted that one of the girls appointment was at 8 a.m. when it was told to us it was 10:15 a.m. She was able to come in but they moved her to 11:00. She commented on how uncomfortable they made her feel. This in it self was a accident on their part, but they refused to give it up. They lied to my mother and said they confirmed personally with each one of the girls. That would have been smart thing to do. My mother asked what number they called and they didn't even have it. The whole attitude changed after that. They then stated that one person was still scheduled when we had canceled that appointment prior to. At first they told my MOH and Bridesmaid they would charge us $50 for this which in itself is wrong, then . . . This women's hair is a whole 3-4 inches above her shoulders, but they would not let me, the bride, leave until I paid $75! for her MISSED CANCELED appointment. The manager/owner stated this was their protocol! My mother wanted to try and save the money so she pleaded with them to give my aunt an appointment instead. They did later that morning , but my aunt who had no idea what was going on called and stated how rude they were to her. They spent a whopping 20 minutes on her hair! For $75.00! Aside from that my daughter's hair fell out the second we left and my sister had to redo it. I was busy getting ready, but soon realized they literally did not even hair spray my daughters hair at all. PLEASE schedule with cation if you are to have your bridal party there! It ruined my morning and started my day off completely wrong. I just hope that the owner of this place would never have to endure the rudeness and hostile environment myself and my bridal party did on a HUGE IMPORTANT DAY in her life.
