As local Chef Hector’s debut restaurant, Salsa’s serves Mexican-Caribbean cuisine that’s fresh, funky, and always delicious.

The newest venture from Hector Diaz, Bomba is a small bites, quick service cafe and bar with a European feel. Serving espresso drinks from 1000 Faces, full bar with an extensive liquor list and finely crafted cocktails along with craft beers and wonderful half bottles of wine. Our small plates are a great way to experience the amazing flavors Hector is known for creating at a reasonable price.
