Salt, a venture of chef/owner David Iino, is an ingredient-driven American bistro. Starters might include ale-steamed mussels, tuna tartare and roasted beet-goat cheese salad; followed by grilled flatiron steak, wild mushroom mac ‘n’ cheese, and brick chicken. The use of premium, specialty salts seasons the name. The interior is contemporary with some rustic finishes.
