Samba Grill specializes in Churassco -- a Brazilian smorgasbord with several different kinds of meats, mainly beef, available in unlimited quantities. (Light diners may opt for a more restrained "Samba Teasers" plate.) A hot and cold salad buffet, with many Latin accompaniments such as yucca and black beans, is also available, as are several fresh juices (and Brazilian alcoholic specialty drinks).
