Almost destroyed my engine, then refused responsibility:
I took my car to Valvoline Express Care and 20 minutes after having my oil changed, I got a flashing red oil light, which means that the engine is not being fed oil and oil pressure is falling because you are losing oil. It damaged my engine. I had to have the car taken to the dealer, and about 3 trips and over $ 2,000 later, I can drive my car again. WWhile the manager at Express Care did admit that they were at fault, their solution was to try to fill my car with more oil and let me drive off. When I told him I had to have it looked at by the dealer, he told me that they would rip me off. Since then, Express Care has refused to pay me. I had a very, very negative experience there, and I obviously would not recommend them to anyone.

I Trust them with all my repairs:
Always had the best service. Every repair was explained. They even went to the extent of helping me work out a schedule that would coincide with my paydays so I could get the major problems repaired first. I would recommend these guys to everyone.
