Even though my mother had a bad experience (they lost my great grandmothers diamonds) at the arboretum location, I didn't think anything of it and went into the location at Lakeline mall. It started great and ended up figuring out that it would be better to customize a ring. This is where everything went from not bad at all to me about to hit "ANGEL" the one and only jeweler for this store square in his slanted face. Never in any way have i been treated the way he treated us and I would never wish this kind of customer service on anyone. So now i have 2 stories to tell all my friends and family about how every location is terrible and Angel is and complete idiot with zero respect for customers. He was short and just kept telling me how i didn't know what i was talking about and that he had been a horrible jeweler for 25 years (what ever that means he's still a complete idiot) and how he's been doing it for that long, weird because he obviously is still an idiot and cant talk to another human being. He also LAUGHED and walked away after I question him telling me that i would have to pay for anything custom before seeing it or to even give me a ball park price. I myself have own a lot of custom jewelry not including my wife's collection and never had i been told this. It seemed like he literally was telling me off so i would just leave. The ladies in the store were very nice unfortunately it won't make up for the slanted face jeweler with a ugly mustache named" ANGEL" in the back. He needs to put back on his stupid glasses and get his old self to the back because he is helping in no way, he's probably the guy who made my moms ring as it was done wrong and lost irreplaceable diamonds. "ANGEL" would be fired at my place of business even if hes been the head idiot for 25 years. He also needs to get a hair trimmer and ditch the 1980s mustache because its definitely not helping the situation. Bottom line 'ANGEL" is lucky he was behind that counter, next time i think about or even see a commercial for this waste of a business i will make sure to tell 10 people about
ANGEL and the gang at the worst jewelry store ever Samuels!
