Samurai Noodle focuses its energy on bringing authentic Japanese dishes to Seattle. Our staple is traditional Japanese Ramen, but we also have many authentic Japanese appetizers and sakes including a full Izakaya menu.

The third branch of Seattle's Best Authentic Ramen Shop. Opened on Capitol Hill in the summer of 2011 and as a full Ramen menu, as well as a sake bar and Izakaya appetizers.
