We protect and preserve the San Dieguito River Valley while providing about 65 miles of trails to explore on foot, bike, or horseback between the coast in Del Mar to the crest of Volcan Mountain near Julian. The address listed is for our Park Headquarters, however, we have numerous staging areas and trail access points throughout the 55 mile long park. Dogs are allowed on leash only.

The San Dieguito River Park is an ongoing project that began in 1989 with the joint efforts of several cities and San Diego county.
