My daughter was taken to this place because her mom wanted to save a few bucks compared to the surgeon in Los Angeles. What a HUGE mistake. She is 15 years old and obviously was scared of the surgery, she needed to have her four wisdom teeth pulled and expose an impacted tooth. An initial appointment was canceled because the Dr called in sick. I was driving up from L.A when it was canceled. I said to myself, this can happen to anyone, so no big deal. The appointment was rescheduled for two days later, I called before driving up from L.A again, asked if the Dr was there and I was told "YES COME IN", 90 minutes later when I am 15 minutes away, they call me and tell me Dr is not up to it. The money has been paid for 3 weeks now. We set up another appointment and finally surgery is performed, well 1/2 way, she got the hiccups and they had to stop the surgery. Well, I give them the benefit of the doubt. We asked to talk to the surgeon and they said" He is with another patient".

The following week she went back in to finish the exposure and they could not stop the bleeding, once again we did not meet with the surgeon because he was with another patient. The whole time, we have only talked to assistant after assistant. They asked us to wait 60 days to let the area heal. Now 75 days later, an appointment has been set with her orthodontist for the third time, my entire schedule is set, I just called this morning and for the third time the Dr, phantom Dr as I call him called in sick. I called him, I was ready to take the day off again and if I did not call, God knows when they would have called me.

STAY AWAY!!! Unprofessional and will give you the feeling of being treated by a BUTCHER
