Horrible - RIP OFF - I spent over $750 for nothing!:
HORRIBLE experience! I have been dealing with these people for 6 days now. I called to have them fix AC in my home in Medford. They charged $119 (over charge for after hours... no problem). It takes 2 days to order the part... they charge me "extra" to install the new part ($550 part) after 6:00, again no problem... they came in last night and installed the part and today the AC still does not work!
So I called them (nicely at first) and explained the situation and they said they can not help me tonight...????
I asked how can they charge me "extra" to "fix" something and it doesn't work???
I asked will they refund me the "extra" for fixing something that didn't get fixed?
She answered that she couldn't help me with that.
So, this is another day without A/C upstairs (we have dual zone a/c).
I am not sure if it even needed the $550 part!!! Because they put it in and I still have NO AIR CONDITIONING!
So, we are stuck until tomorrow.
Not a good experience and not very good customer service

Great Service & Pricing:
I called due to a leaky pipe off the main that was flooding the main floor. Sanders had someone there within the hour, who looked at the job, and within 5 minutes had an estimate for me. We approved the estimate and an hour later, we were fixed, with no visible remains of the work that was done.
Fast, clean and competitively priced. Would call them back in a heartbeat.
