Sandpiper II Apartments

Do not move here. I have lived here for almost a year paying $485 a month for rent, and to be told it is increasing to $800 a month for a 1-bedroom unit is absolutely insane. This entire year I have dealt with so many mice, multiple roaches, AC problems (my apartment was 80 degrees for over 24 hours), my unit smelling like smoke due to whomever lived here previously, a train track right behind the complex that goes by several times a day and is extremely loud, and lastly, there are rooms that don't even have lights installed on the ceiling (my bedroom and living room). This doesn't even feel like a home to me, because every time I step into the door all I smell is smoke and hear mice running around in my closets/kitchen. They renovated the pool and installed new roofs but can't even fix the inhabitable situations me and my fellow neighbors are experiencing. Highly recommend saving your time and money and going somewhere else worth while.
