Almost "better than a ticket to Rome", this "cozy" UES Italian "rises above the ordinary" with "lovely" Italian cuisine via "mercurial" chef-owner Sandro Fioriti, who sometimes greets diners in his "pajama bottoms"; even if the "high prices" don't jibe with the "simple setting", fans feel it's "difficult to beat."
