Do not use this business! They came out, took a one minute look at my hot tub, and said they would give me an estimate for a new controller. Since it took them almost almost two weeks to get me the estimate, I called a reputable firm, got a free on the spot estimate, and got a new one (same model I had) for $850 after a delay of only two days. Then S &S finally gave me an estimate - 6 months wait time for a new controller, and a couple thousand dollars! I did not want to do that, so they sent me a bill for $175 for their "services" Totally unreasonable pricing, slow customer service, outrageous time delays - do not use this business! I wish 0 stars was an option.
