I have been to Santa Fe Day Spa multiple times.
I really want to love it. It's closest to where I live. But it seems like whenever I do, it's all about cutting corners. Most recently I went for a 50 minute facial, that ended up lasting 35 minutes! The attendants at the front are young, and don't seem extremely professional. The response I received was "sometimes the therapists have to make up for time that they were over." If a client is late, that's where the time should be made up, not with future clients who are paying for a time-based service.
