SANTA SALSA is a recreation/reinterpretation of the “perrero” carts that are a staple of the street food culture in Venezuela. Hot dogs, hamburgers, pepitos (steak/chicken sandwiches) & vegetarian options are decked out and served in the popular culinary tradition that we grew up with, giving a unique and exciting twist to street food classics.
